Principal Clinical Psychologist Dr Traci Coventry:

Standard clinical consultation fee per session:                $330   (Medicare rebate $141.85)      

After-hours clinical fee:                                                        $350    (Medicare rebate $141.85)                                                                                                                       

NDIS per-session fee:                                                           $330

A reduced fee for Health Care Card holders will be considered.

 

Equine Assisted Learning (EAL) and AHPRA registered Provisional or General Psychologist:

Registered Psychologist 50min:                                          $270   (Medicare rebate $96.65)

Provisional psychologist 50min:                                          $176   (no Medicare rebate applicable)                                                                                                               

NDIS fee – Provisional Psychologist or EAL:                      $176

NDIS fee – General Psychologist:                                        $270

Equine Assisted Learning Private session:                        $160

Groups: e.g. resilience groups ‘Fillies’                                $900   (6 sessions)
                                                                                                  Prepayment for attendance across a term.

Please note: There are no Medicare rebates and limited health fund rebates for assessment reports
(e.g. WISC, ADIR).

All fees are payable on the day at the end of the session by cash, credit card or EFTPOS.
We do not accept cheques.
Medicare and Health Fund rebates are claimed by you, using the paid receipts provided.

Assessment Reports
There are no Medicare rebates, and limited health fund rebates for assessment reports (e.g. WISC, ADIR).
Please contact us for specific report fees information.

Wait List and Cancellation Fees
Our wait list clients are given first preference for cancelled appointments.
We require two business days’ notice for appointment cancellations, or APS recommended cancellation fees may apply.

Schemes
We see VOCAT and Workcover clients, and clients covered by other schemes.
