The Team Project Pony sessions and groups are based around our ground breaking and highly popular equine and animal assisted learning programs.
Groups and sessions will focus on:
- Anxiety Management Skills
- Coping With Depression
- Emotional Awareness and much more
Our therapy animals such as ponies, dogs, cats, chickens and more will be available to assist your child or teen in the process, along with our experienced, kind and caring staff members that are supervised by Dr Traci Coventry.

Information
General information for all groups:
What to wear?
The programme will run heat, rain, hail or shine, so make sure your child dresses for the weather! We do have an undercover barn area and office we use for some of the work if the weather is really bad, but we will be outside if the rain is light, so a rain or sun proof hat, sunscreen, coat and solid boots are necessary.
We will provide sealed bottles of water and snacks, please advise your child’s allergies if any so we can be mindful.
Where to go?
Epona Brae is on the corner of Lewis Rd and Beaconsfield Emerald Rd, Upper Beaconsfield.
The best way to find us is via the “contact” page on the website which will link you to a map of our location.
Please enter from the second gate on the left after you turn off Beaconsfield-Emerald Rd into Lewis Rd.
Dr Traci’s mobile phone number is 0402 050 317, and she will have this phone with her at all times on the day of the group should you need to contact her.
Can I stay?
While we appreciate parents are curious, this program is about fun and learning for the children as a group, and observers tend to change the dynamic, we ask that you have a fun day yourself and collect your child at the end of the group session, team members will be sent out to get parents following the end of the group.
Consent and Photos
You will be emailed a consent form prior to the commencement of the first session. On this consent is a section regarding photographs. We like to take photographs of the children with the ponies so that we can gift them later as a memory of the programme and also for us to pop up on our social media and website to show some special moments that the children share with our therapy animals. If you do not wish to allow photographs to be taken please let us know, we understand that you may prefer to not allow this.
